PeriPlan is a perimenopause fitness and wellness app that helps you move well every day, no matter what your body is doing. We also publish evidence-informed content covering symptoms, treatment options, nutrition, and lifestyle, written specifically for women in the perimenopause transition.
What we do
Perimenopause can last anywhere from two to twelve years. During that time, the hormonal shifts your body goes through affect everything: sleep, energy, mood, weight, focus, and how you feel during and after exercise. Most health apps were not built with this in mind.
PeriPlan matches your daily workouts and wellness check-ins to how you actually feel, using a day-type system that accounts for symptom patterns. On a high-energy day, you push. On a harder day, you restore. Either way, you keep moving.
Our content library covers hundreds of symptoms, treatments, workout strategies, and lifestyle topics. All articles are written to reflect current clinical understanding and reviewed to ensure they are accurate, balanced, and free from the dismissive tone that women in perimenopause encounter too often in mainstream health media.
